Spindle

The motor of the electric spindle adopts AC asynchronous induction or permanent magnet synchronous motor. Because it is used in high-speed machining machine tools, the starting speed should be rapidly increased from static to tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of revolutions per minute, and the starting torque is large, so the starting current should be 5-7 times higher than the rated current of the ordinary motor. There are two driving modes: inverter drive and vector control drive. The drive control characteristic of the inverter is constant torque drive, and the output power is proportional to the torque.

The electric spindle is suitable for a wide range of application fields, such as milling, drilling, grinding, carving milling, mold processing, etc. Due to the high power of its motor, this series of spindles can be used for the processing of various materials, including quenched steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, graphite, plastic, etc.


Gearingless Motor/Fan

The magnetic or air bearings motor/fan adopts advanced design and mature magnetic bearing technology, and drives high-speed motor through built-in frequency converter, with low running noise The magnetic or air suspension motor/fan has the obvious advantages of simple mechanism, high efficiency and intelligence, integration, simple operation and maintenance, and low operation cost. It can be widely used in sewage treatment (municipal, industrial and other), material transportation, food and medicine, textile printing and dyeing, leather papermaking, desulfurization and denitrification and other projects, with remarkable energy-saving effect.


Flywheel Generator

The flywheel energy storage system stores kinetic energy - energy generated by the movement of a continuously rotating compact rotor in a low friction environment. When the short-term standby power supply is needed due to the city electric wave or power failure, the inertia of the rotor enables it to continue to rotate, thus converting the generated kinetic energy into electrical energy.

Compared with battery pure energy, flywheel energy storage has obvious advantages:

- High energy density: energy storage density of 100-200wh/kg, power density of 5000-10000 w/kg

- High energy conversion efficiency: working efficiency up to 90%

- Small size and light weight: the diameter of flywheel is about 20cm, and the total weight is about 10kg

- Wide working temperature range: no strict requirements for ambient temperature

- Long service life: it is not affected by repeated in-depth playback, can operate for millions of times, and has a life expectancy of more than 20 years

- Low loss, low maintenance: the magnetic bearing and vacuum environment make the mechanical loss negligible, and the system maintenance cycle is long
